1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between the user ("you", "Player", "Account Holder") and rempit33 ("we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your access to and use of the rempit33 website located at https://rempit33.win and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", depositing funds, or otherwise using the rempit33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their current version, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

rempit33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the rempit33 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

rempit33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements upon request may result in the immediate suspension of account access and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on rempit33, you must create an account. The following conditions apply to all rempit33 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on rempit33. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rempit33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify rempit33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, rempit33 requires completion of Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC, passport, or equivalent) and may include additional documentation as required by our compliance team.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your rempit33 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

rempit33 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. rempit33 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits from time to time with reasonable notice.
• Accepted Payment Methods: rempit33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and local bank transfers including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited to your rempit33 account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any unlawful activity. rempit33 complies with anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations and may report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are: e-wallet transactions (Touch n Go, Boost) within 5 minutes; bank transfers within 15 minutes to 2 business hours depending on receiving bank processing times. VIP account withdrawals may be processed on an expedited basis.
• Withdrawal to Original Payment Method: rempit33 reserves the right to require withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, as a fraud prevention and AML compliance measure.
• Transaction Fees: rempit33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

rempit33 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and game-specific promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements for deposit bonuses range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount — specific requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Only the resulting real-money balance after wagering completion is eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible players who meet the stated qualification criteria. rempit33 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–25%); certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, bet hedging, or exploitation of bonus structures — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and potentially real-money balances.
• rempit33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Any bonus credited in error may be reclaimed by rempit33 upon discovery.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the rempit33 platform operate under the following standards:

• Certified RNG: All slot games and non-live-dealer games on rempit33 utilise certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software that has been independently tested and certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by rempit33 or any third party.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rempit33 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information;
• Registering or using an account while under 21 years of age;
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose;
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to place bets or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or conspiring to defraud rempit33 in any manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains obtained are subject to immediate clawback;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the rempit33 platform;
• Attempting to reverse transactions after receiving services or goods of value ("chargeback fraud");
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or operate your account;
• Any conduct that harasses, threatens, or is abusive toward rempit33 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rempit33 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, user interface design, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of rempit33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rempit33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any rempit33 content without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

• rempit33 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
• rempit33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including gaming losses, loss of data, or service interruptions.
• rempit33's total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• rempit33 shall not be liable for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet service interruptions, force majeure events, payment processor failures, or regulatory actions.

10. Responsible Gaming

rempit33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to these Terms:

• Age Restriction: No person under 21 years of age may access or use the rempit33 platform under any circumstances.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

rempit33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or KYC verification;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or AML violations;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Regulatory requirements or applicable law requiring suspension or termination.

Upon termination for cause, rempit33 may withhold funds pending investigation. If a player is found to have engaged in fraudulent conduct or material breach, rempit33 reserves the right to permanently forfeit all account balances. Players wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

rempit33's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the rempit33 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rempit33 implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including 256-bit TLS encryption and access controls on all systems processing personal data.

13. Amendments to Terms

rempit33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the rempit33 platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the effective date of the change.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease use of the platform. Continued use following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rempit33 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, rempit33 and the Player shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority, or such other arbitral body as rempit33 may designate.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
